KarieZackMaggie0612Joy is a wonderful and uplifting energy. If you bring this energy into your life each day it will help you relieve and release the energy of stress or anxiety you receive as you work through your daily tasks and commitments more than any man made drug. You don’t have to take my word for this and I hope you don’t. I hope you accept the challenge to prove this statement true or false for yourself. But make it a fair challenge.

To be a fair challenge you need to make the commitment you will take the challenge and find something every day you can do that brings you joy. Every day for 21 days. It doesn’t have to be something that takes any certain amount of time, it might be listening to (and if you are me) singing along with an uplifting song. When I listen or sing to an uplifting song I can feel myself grow my energy outward into a sparkling radiant energy of light and love.

Anything you do that brings you joy is permitted within the challenge with the only limitation being, whatever you find can not be an artificial ingredient. No wine, alcohol, drug (or crutch) of any sort. You must be able to produce this joy by your own mental expression for what you are doing at that moment within your life.
